Terms worth including
Scope of work, so both sides know what is being delivered. Payment: how much, when, and what happens if it is late. Term and termination, including notice. Confidentiality. Who owns the work once it is paid for. Which country's law applies. Most disputes between small businesses come from the first two being vague.
This is not legal advice
The tool lays out an agreement cleanly, it does not tell you what the agreement should say. For anything with real money or real risk attached, have a lawyer in your jurisdiction read it before you sign.
Contract generator: common questions
Is a contract made here legally binding?
A signed agreement between consenting parties is generally binding, but whether yours holds up depends on what it says and where you are. This tool formats the document, it does not check the law. Have a lawyer review anything significant.
Can I make an NDA with it?
Yes. Title it as a non-disclosure agreement, add the parties, and write the confidentiality, duration and exclusion terms as numbered clauses.
Can the contract be signed electronically?
The PDF has signature lines for printing or signing in a reader. For a full audit trail, send the PDF through an e-signature service.
Is my contract data uploaded?
No. The document is generated in your browser and never sent to a server, which matters given what tends to be in a contract.
How many parties can I add?
As many as the agreement needs. Each gets a name, role and address, and its own signature line.
